Virexon Capital may receive payment for order flow from certain market makers and executing brokers. This means we may receive compensation for directing customer orders to specific trading venues.

Disclosure: Payment for order flow creates a potential conflict of interest. However, we believe our routing practices are consistent with our best execution obligations. Detailed information about payments received is available in our annual SEC Rule 606 report.

Conflicts of Interest Policy

Virexon Capital maintains a comprehensive Conflicts of Interest Policy designed to identify, manage, and mitigate conflicts that may arise in our business activities. These include:

Customer Protection Rule (SEC Rule 15c3-3)

Virexon Capital maintains customer fully paid and excess margin securities in a manner consistent with SEC Rule 15c3-3 (the "Customer Protection Rule"). Customer assets are held in segregated accounts separate from firm assets, ensuring they are protected in the event of firm insolvency.

We perform a weekly reserve computation and maintain a Special Reserve Bank Account for the exclusive benefit of customers, as required by SEC regulations.

Business Continuity Plan

Virexon Capital maintains a detailed Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to address potential business disruptions. Our plan includes provisions for:

  • Alternative trading and order processing systems
  • Backup data centers with real-time replication
  • Remote work capabilities for critical personnel
  • Customer access to account information and funds
  • Communication protocols during emergencies
